Families create Our Space
Digital Portraits with the Art Centre’s SoundHouse.
Join artists from the Art Centre’s world-class arts and technology education hub SoundHouse and tell your family story in a series of digital portraiture activities as part of this three-hour workshop presented by Footscray Community Arts Centre and the Arts Centre.
Learn how to create and maintain your own family blog, and discover the huge range of media-hosting sites available for free online. Set up and customize your free blog site and document your family’s adventures.
Develop an understanding of using camcorders and digital cameras to create your very own digital space online. You and your family will become the multimedia artist!
Participants are required to bring along their digital camera and a CD with 10 of their favourite family photographs.
