We acknowledge that we are on traditional lands of the Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation. We offer our respect to the Elders of these traditional lands and, through them, to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Changes are a foot at Footscray Community Arts Centre. As you know, the builders have moved into our Warehouse space to build the new performance centre. But we are also conducting some little restoration works to improve on Henderson House (our historical bluestone building).
The daggy grey carpet is coming up and out, and the floor boards are being polished to give it the building the authentic look. As you can see from this recent image of the Gabriel gallery, we have taken out the partition which now reveals and will feature the traditional fireplace. The gallery will be back in action for the official launch of F.A.C.T. 9: Flour, Sugar, Tea – a new work by Paola Balla and Bindi Cole.
