The music of Dya Singh digs deep into the vast reservoir of Sikh and Punjabi classical, spiritual and folk music. Singing in his native Punjabi, Dya blends traditional music with contemporary trends. His work embraces blues, jazz, folk, country and western, and Australian indigenous sounds, but the true joy of the music of Dya Singh is the spiritual feeling and passion with which he performs.
