Departing from Footscray Community Arts Centre, take a shopping tour of Footscray with Vietnamese chef Tina Le and discover the delights of Little Saigon Market. As well as unlocking the secrets of the exciting ingredients available, participants will learn the art of preparing traditional Vietnamese rice paper rolls and spring rolls whilst discovering the cultural traditions behind the food.
